There are three good reasons why you should get a building inspection & pest report done prior to purchasing a property:
- So you will know in advance if there are any problems
- So you can use the information to try and negotiate a lower price for the property, i.e. you may have to pay to repair some of the problems
- So you can get specialist advice about any major defects, and how they will affect the property over time.
Our Pre Purchase Report is a written account of the condition of the property. The purpose of the inspection is to identify major defects, the incidence of minor defects and safety hazards associated with the property at the time of the inspection and advise of any visual damage that may have been caused by termites. Our Pest Inspection will also note existence of termites or other timber destroying pests
Subject to safe and reasonable access the Inspection will normally report on the condition of each of the following areas: -
